Fairy Cookbook T&C’s


  1. The offeror is Peerless Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 004 280 979 (“Offeror”).
  2. The offer is open to any resident of Australia of 18 years of age or older (“Claimant”). Employees of the Offeror and their immediate families are ineligible.
  3. The offer commences at 9am (EST) on 1 May 2016 and closes at the earlier of 5pm (EST) 20 January 2017 or once three thousand ‘Fairy cookbooks’ have been sent to Claimants (“Offer Period”).
  4. Claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  5. To participate in the offer, a Claimant must:

5.1 Purchase two of the Offeror’s ‘250g Fairy Cooking Margarine’ product (“Product”), which includes on its packaging a removable ‘Fairy barcode’; and,

5.2 Remove the ‘Fairy barcodes’, and send a letter (“Claimant’s Letter”) stating the Claimant’s return postal address and enclosing two ‘Fairy barcodes’ by post to ‘Fairy Cookbook Promotion. Peerless Foods’ (being the Offeror) at 21 Evans Street, Braybrook VIC 3019.

  1. Upon the Offeror’s receipt of a Claimant’s Letter, the Offeror will send to that Claimant’s return postal address a ‘Fairy cookbook’, free of charge.
  2. The Offeror will use its reasonable endeavours to send to a Claimant’s return postal address a ‘Fairy cookboo’ within 21 days of receiving a Claimant’s Letter, however, the Offeror accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected ‘Fairy cookbooks’.
  3. The entry instructions on the Product form part of the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Claimant will be deemed not to have participated in the offer in the event that the Claimant’s return postal address or ‘Fairy barcodes’ are incomplete, indecipherable or illegible.
  5. For a Claimant to be eligible to participate in the offer, a Claimant’s return postal address must be an Australian address.
  6. For a Claimant to be eligible to participate in the offer, the Offeror must have received a Claimant’s Letter by the end of the Offer Period.
  7. The Offeror accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected Claimant’s Letters.
  8. A Claimant may enclose more than two ‘Fairy barcodes’ in a Claimant’s Letter. For every two additional ‘Fairy barcodes’ in a Claimant’s Letter, the Offeror will send to the Claimant’s return postal address an additional ‘Fairy cookbook’ up to, but not more than four ‘Fairy cookbooks’.
  9. A Claimant may participate in the offer more than once, however, no more than four ‘Fairy cookbooks’ may be provided to a Claimant’s return postal address over the Offer Period.
  10. The Offeror reserves the right to request that a Claimant provide proof of purchase of each Product from which they have acquired the ‘Fairy barcodes’ enclosed in their Claimant’s Letter
  11. The Offeror reserves the right to hold a Claimant ineligible to participate in the offer if the Offeror considers, at its complete discretion, that a Claimant has not purchased the Products from which they have acquired the ‘Fairy barcodes’ enclosed in their Claimant’s Letter.
